[6.0.1][AOSP] Broken OS

BrokenOS for MT6582 is an aftermarket ROM based on AOSP Android Marshmallow. This ROM is based on Google AOSP codes and has the ability to use RRO Layers. This ROM is super smooth and has an amazing battery backup and awesome RAM management along with tons of cool features. This ROM is very different from any of the CM based ROMs you have used before. Definitely must try this ROM. All SS and feature SS are given below.

1. To set the third-party launcher default settings, go to application management – settings – manager – select the target launcher.
2. The system has a bug with memory. All the information that was in your mind, will be available at Internal memory / 0 / * instead of the internal memory / *.
3. Do not defined numbers if they are stored in a format … instead 066-91 + 38-066-91 .. Solution – move all the contacts in the device memory (not tested). If you do not help, or accept, or store numbers in the format + 38-066-91 ..
4. Do not work on the screen dabltapu awakening, as well as gestures in the locked position.

Screw'D AOSP for MT6582 is an aftermarket ROM based on AOSP Android Marshmallow. This ROM is based on Google AOSP codes but uses CM Theme Engine as it's means to customize the ROM. Amazing ROM with amazing features and animations. Definitely must use this ROM if you want performance of AOSP but themeing capabilities of CyanogenMod. Flyme OS 5.1.5.20R, latest LP rom compared to 4.5.4.5R

how to install:-

1.Put the zip and gapps in sd card

2.Wipe-> factory reset,advanced wipe->wipe everything leaving external sd and internal sd

3.Flash the flyme zip first,then do wipe cache/dalvik cache

4.Reboot

5.It will take some time to boot up so wait for lil bit

6.After doing the setup and reaching to homescreen, go back again to recovery

7.Flash the gapps provided ,then do wipe cache/dalvik cache

8.Reboot and enjoy!!!

WARNING:-DO NOT TRY TO FLASH THE GAPPS AFTER INSTALLING THE ROM IMMEDIATELY OTHERWISE U WILL FACE SETTING FC ERROR AND U CANT DO SETUP OF THE PHONE…..

Procedure:-

Recommendations:-

1.When the rom is booted first time or when the phone is reboted,sometimes gives fc aftre opening some apps,but ignore it and you can open again,all apps work(this happens sometimes(rarely)).
2.File explorer fc only one time but u can start again without any issues.
3.Screen recording gives green screen,so use shou.tv app.

Enable 5Ghz WiFi with SP Meta Tool

Here is a guide (in English) to enable 5Ghz WiFi on our Lenovo K3 Note.

Before proceeding, download all the files provided with this guide.

Install SP Meta Tools which can be found in SP_META_exe_v1.1544.00.
Make a backup of your existing NVRAM partition.
The APDB file that I have provided here was extracted from a stock S427 ROM.
These instructions were translated and recompiled from Denis_PDA's post on 4pda.
Lastly, follow these instructions at your own risk. If your device explodes, melts, catches fire, etc, you're on your own.

1. Disconnect the K3 Note from the PC and reboot to meta mode by holding Vol Down + Power during boot.

2. The screen should display “Have been in meta mode…”. Once you see this, connect the phone to the PC.

3. Launch device manager and you should have 2 devices with yellow bangs. CDC Serial and MT65xx Android Phone.

4. Double click on CDC Serial and install the drivers manually as below.

5. The driver for CDC serial can be found in the package “SP_Drivers_v1.6.7z”.

6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for MT65xx.

7. Both devices should now be installed and have no yellow bangs. Please take note of the COM#. In my case, it is 26. Yours will most likely be something else.

8. Launch SP Meta Tool and change the settings as per below.

9. After clicking on reconnect, a new window will appear; 'AP Editor'. Click on “read from NVRAM”, select the APDB file and click open.

10. A tree will appear in the left side of the window. Expand “AP_CFG_RDEB_FILE_WIFI_LID”, select '1' and click on “read from NVRAM”.

11. The right side of the window will now be populated. Change the values of ucSupport5GBand and ucEnable5GBand to 0×01. Click on “save to NVRAM”.

12. Reboot the phone to TWRP and delete the folder /data/nvram.

13. Reboot to OS and observe that your device can now detect and connect to 5Ghz wlan networks.
