ROM Mobile Lenovo A269 - ROM Android 2.3.6

ROM Official Lenovo A269 version : A269_S023_131016

Gapps include – No rooted

Language support: Multilang

 

Install ROM:

- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6572_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
   –> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.

- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !

- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

Hello everyone.

This ROM at first was made for Polish community, and only contains PL, EN & CN lang.

Today I'm releasing a MultiLanguage version for you, too. I hope you'll like it.

Supported languages: CN, EN (US/UK), CS, ES, FR, PL, RU, UKR, IN, DE, VI, TR, PT, NL, SK, MS.

Important:

Modded Theme App is now available as a separate download, because of problems with theme resets.

 

If you want full MIUI rom, with all apps except chineese ones, then download Full rom, instead of Lite.

Lite version is rom that i’m using, so it’s without (unnecessary) apps that i’m not using ;) So one may like it, others do not

Files were tested, and they all works

 

You should do before installing this ROM:

  • wipe data/factory reset
  • wipe cache partition
  • mounts and storage>format /system
  • advanced>wipe dalvik cache

The overall goal of creating a mod – to make an easy, fast and "clean" firmware, requiring minimal effort to install and configure, which everyone will be able in the future configure for themselves.

Based on Android ICS (4.0.4)

Install Rom:

 

 You may have already downloaded the zip file from the link above and copied the zip file in SD card.


1. Restart your device in CWM or TWRP recovery and make a backup of your device

2. Then always from Cwm perform a full wipe:

->  Wipe data / factory reset

      ->  Wipe cache partition

      ->  Advanced ->  Wipe Dalvik Cache

      ->  Advanced ->  Wipe Battery Stats

      ->  Mounts and storage ->  format system

      ->  Mounts and storage ->  format EMMC

to make sure you have no problems!

3. You are ready to install the Miui Rom from Cwm with the usual:

->  Install zip from sdcard.

After the installation, reboot again into CWM recovery and from here again:

      -> Wipe cache partition

      -> Advanced -> Wipe Dalvik Cache

Reboot and let it load the Rom (the first time it may take 3/4 minutes) and enjoy your new Rom!

First boot will take time.

Here is the updated version of Baiduyun Rom which has always been developed by BaiduYun Rom team.I am sure it's old version has been posted in needrom here.
It was officially posted on 2014.05.24 and I am just moving links!

Baiduyun rom is famous for its speed and light weight.It offers all secure parts and it's developers say you even don't need any other app for security.

No google play and only CN/EN supported.

Its battery should be used slowly but in A820 it's not.The power drops a little fast and their reason is that it's developers don't have the source code of lenovo a820's kenel.After many efforts they failed to solve it perfectly.But apparently they have been reducing the battery use.Hope the battery use in v6 is acceptable.for you.

Afer so many updates v6 has improved a lot in many ways.It is formal and more stable.You can have a try.

Looks like next good build (published on russian forum by"stas2z"), use Android 4.2.1, ported from  FLY IQ446 -  http://4pda.ru/forum/index.php?showtopic=510433&st=0#entry24150161

Build on kernel Android 4.2.1. This is second updated MIUI version (first is MIUI_SUDA).
Multilangage: Russian, Ukrainian, English, Chinese, German, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, French, Greek, Romanian, Turkish,  Vietnamese, Arrabic, Bahasa, Holland, etc.

New versions are already built only for kernel S113. But who wants, can install 422 boot separatelly.

The installation procedure is the same as in my previous ROM - MIUIv5_SUDA

If you will have problem with installation, maybe you use some an incompatible ROM, like  assian ROMs (S121 or more). First you have to install basic european ROM S110, then installation this ROM is easy. Right order is: ROM S110 > CWM > TWRP > MIUI ROM

ROM properties:
* Full support for dualSIM. 
* Advanced PowerMenu to reboot into recovery. 
* Switch 3G SIM (it is possible to use two 3G SIM cards) 
* Support for third-party themes (file editing build.prop – ro.freetheme = true) 
* Built Viper4Android 
* Erased Chinese apps (except Mi-Market)
* Contains GAPPS, Xperia keyboard, RootExplorer, WSM Tools
* Support etc / init.d folder is already a script to adjust the CPU frequency, only needs to set permissions rwxrwxrwx
* build.prop file contains the line rо.frееthеmе = truе (it is possible to use local theme file on SD card) 
* Does not include black screen
* In the Power menu is option "Reboot into recovery" 
* Various non-standard settings in Settings icon

GPS fix is quick. In the Advanced setting options is settings from ROM 4.2.2 – Enhanced SIM management (possibility to set default SIM), Advanced search location (AGPS, EPO). LED notification works (Sets ine the Settings / Options for developers).

Install ROM :

 

 

- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select the MT6589_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
   –> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed

- choose DA DL All With Check Sum
- Turn off your phone, (push the red reset button)

- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow, if no, then have to install the driver from Flash toolSP_Drivers_v1.5 folder

- And green circles display
- Finish !

- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

This is custom rom for ROW firmware version so your s920 must base on ROW firmware.If you on Chinese firmware,it will bootloop.I ported this rom after got a permission from SilentLexx,a dev for P780 SLXROM in lenovo-forums.ru.Thanks to him.

 

Now SLXROM comes in both firmware…ROW and CN base.Which ever firmware you are on,you can taste it now…TQ to everyone who's still stick with my ported and modded rom….ENJOYY…
