- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.

- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !

- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

Hello guys… good day . I would to share my cooking rom again Xperia™ v5.1 Honami Z2 for Lenovo A390

Feature : Nothing special in this rom, just simple with elegant view and (rather) look like the real Xperia™ Honami Z2 for interface. Support xposed installer, fake kitkat vresion and many more again. So, review by yourself. Lets go to steps.

How to install :

1.Download rom and go to TWRP. Recommended for using versi 2.5.0.0 of TWRP

2. Full wipe except emmc and sdcard

3. Install ROM than reboot.

4. Wait a minute , enjoy the music untill appear homescreen.

5. Done

Important:

 

This rom may not have APN settings for your country. Add it in settings manually

 

For QuickSettings, Swipe down the notification bar with two fingers, or set it in GravityBox

 

Fix for slow scrolling

Open XuiMod, go to Scrolling Mod > Scrolling Configurations > set scroll friction to lower than 20

 

First boot might take some time, so don't panic

 

After first boot you should set in Settings > Storage:

· Device Memory as Preferred Install Location

· SD Card as Default Memory to Write 

 

You might see notification saying that default app storage is SD Card - Ignore it

 

Viper4Android is pre-configured in the rom. All you need to do is:

· Open the app > Load Effect Profile > Xperiabass

 

I didn't check any add-ons and themes, but they will probably work.

Files were tested, and they all works.

 

You should do before installing this ROM:

in CWM

• wipe data/factory reset
• wipe cache partition
• mounts and storage>format /system
• advanced>wipe dalvik cache

 

in TWRP (2.6.3.0 recommended)

• wipe> wipe data/factory reset
• wipe> advanced wipe> check all except sdcard

NOTICE!! : there was an error in the build.prop so please reflash with this version

The S017 ROM must be installed via TWRP recovery there and instructions on how to install TWRP either through flashing using SPFlashTool or using MobileUncleTool is given in the instructions sheet.

The update to S017 will update GApps and add other necessary system files like GMail/Maps/Talk/ update Lenovo specific apps like Launchers/SEcureIt/LenovoSync/Lenovo SuperCamera (SNAPit!) and Google Sync apps and update some framework files since the upgrade from S011 to S017 is only about 20Mb and mostly it is Lenovo bloatwares.

First you must already obtain root access to upgrade – if you are are not rooted and on stock ROM you must gain temporary root access by using VROOT (which is to be installed on PC and will Root the phone via USB connection- dont want to go into that topic – Google for it!) this will enable you to use MobileUncleTool to install TWRP recovery.

Or if you are experienced you can flash the TWRP recovery only using SPFlashTool.

Copy the zip file on the external sdcard and  go into TWRP. choose INSTALL, select this zip file.

The settings defaults to Malaysia/Asia in the time/date settings and GPS location please change the locale from "my" (Malaysia) to your country e.g "fr"(France),"pl"(Poland) and continent from Asia to Europe or whereever.. DO NOT use MobileUncleTool/Faster GPS/GPS Doctor apps  to change the gps.settings. you only have to edit your locale in the file called "gps.conf" in system/etc folder.(please use RootExplorer/RootBrowser app) There are specific settings only for MTK devices those apps (Faster GPS/GPS Doctor/MobileUncleTool) will overwrite the settings!This must also change in the NTPSync to get the best GPS fix.

Update to SuperSU 1.99r3, busybox 1.22.1 Stericsson,Sqlite added WeChat,Chrome,WhatsApp,RootBrowser,Lenovo SuperCamera(SNAPit)/DayDream Launcher (missing from A880/A889) as basic apps even after factory reset to get you going.

After first signing in to Google you will get error messages because Google Playstore need the latest update to Google PlayService (error on Search and Google Plus) after the downloads of GooglePlayService (gsf) the error will go away in a few minutes.

 - Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
 - select DA DL All with Checksum
 - Turn off your phone, remove the battery.

- "Press Firmware Upgrade"
 - and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.

- install the vcom driver if you don't do this before
 - The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after, yellow, grey and green circles display
 - Finish !

- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

If i;m not mistake,this is the 1st porting rom for Lenovo s930 in needrom.com.I've made it without the device,meaning i didnt own s930…but with a help from my friends…VanillaKK is now released.Maybe its not so perfect as you all expected,but i;ve tried.And please remember all porting roms are not bugless…but it is worth trying…

Rom install :

Need a memory card, create folder sdfuse and copy to install on this ROM (QSB tailed).
a) normal phone boot into Android OS, use a USB cable to connect PC, the pop-up screen, select USB mass storage devices, and turn on USB storage device;
b) New sdfuse folder, unzip the downloaded firmware, and copied file QSB to the phone sdfuse directory;
Note: Make sure before upgrading phone there is a certain amount of power
2. T card upgrade process
Long press VOLUP + POWER_KEY enter droidboot, a menu appears and select the fourth SDUPDATE, the bottom of the screen you can see the progress and status upgrade
