Method #1: Enter Recovery mode and flash the downloaded TWRP zip and reboot and re-enter recovery to get new TWRP.

Method #2: Also can be installed using Flashify using recovery.img file which is in the zip extract it for getting recovery.img

Method #3: Using SP FLASH TOOL Select Scatter file MT 6752 Original one and De-select all except recovery in SP tool, select                                downloaded Recovery img file, and same procedure as flashing Stock rom.
