Custom ROM based on stock Lenovo ROM S18260 150114.
Removed all unuseful apps (baidu, tmall, lenovo themes etc). It's pretty lightweight.

Nova launcher. (in place of Lenovo launcher)
Added as user apps (you can remove them):
ES File Explorer
SuperSU
ROM is rooted.
I recommend you to install True Phone Dialer & Contacts, and remove stock dialer

Installation:
First install recovery
Root your phone with KingRoot, it's the easiest method.
Install ADB with drivers
Enable USB Debugging
Check if your phone is recognized
Unzip package and run burnrecovery.bat
After reboot you should see CWM recovery
ROM installation
Take of battery, disconnect USB cable
Put in battery
Press power, vol+, vol- and keep pressing vol+, vol- till you see recovery menu
Connect phone to PC with USB cable
Select install zip
install zip from sideload
Now run this command "adb sideload a788t_foldrom_20160703.zip" in directory containing ROM
It will start loading ROM
Wait till you can see this info "A788t foldrom install Complete!"
Now reboot your phone
This ROM works nice with Xposed
